My work experience includes but is not limited to:

  • 18 years of experience as a Private Practicing and Consultant Dietician

  • Consultant to London Endocrine clinic, Lister Hospital & Hamlet Diabetes project in the UK
  • Publishing articles in magazines
  • Featuring as guest speaker on TV and Radio stations
  • Nutrition Consultant to pharmaceutical companies

I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as well as the Association for Dietetics in South Africa (ADSA)

I have a special interest in gut health, woman’s health, nutrigenomics and lifestyle diseases.

The impact an unhealthy diet and lifestyle has on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, reaches beyond that of your own life. Being unwell affects your family, friends and loved ones too, it affects how much of you is available to them.
